Thiết bị firewall FortiGate 60D là dòng thiết bị được được hãng FortiNet thiết kế chuyên dụng cho các chi nhánh văn phòng với không gian hạn chế dành cho thiết bị công nghệ thông tin. Khi được trang bị đầy đủ tính năng cho thiết bị (Antivirus, Antispam, VPN, Application control, Web Content Filtering, ...), thiết bị trở thành thiết bị bảo mật hợp nhất (Unified Threat Management - UTM).

Mặc dù thiết bị FortiGate 60D là dòng sản phẩm được sử dụng cho các doanh nghiêp, chi nhánh văn phòng nhỏ, tuy nhiên, nó vẫn được trang bị đầy đủ các tính năng của thiết bị bảo mật cao cấp của hãng FortiNet. Hãng FortiNet không hạn chế tính năng, phần biệt sản phẩm theo phân khúc, mà hạn chế là ở hiệu năng / năng lực xử lý của sản phẩm.
